Unless otherwise stated, Yarra Ranges rides are usually on a Sunday and leave at 9:30am from the service road out side the park on the left heading north in Yarra Glen, a scenic 10 minute ride north from the Melbourne suburb of Lilydale. Depending on the destination and season, we may leave at other times or from other places and we often have weekend rides. Check this page often and please have a full fuel tank on departure. |

| Saturaday 14th | Sheri (0425870353) is leading a ride up to Donna Buang this Saturday for lunch. Leaving from Brunch at 10.30 Sharp, with morning tea in Warburton. You can take your own lunch with you, or buy something at Warburton on the way. A nice easy ride of 140kms. |
| Friday 20th -Sunday 22nd | Gerd Brachmann's famous Blue Duck Ride is on again. Leaving the Lilydale Shell Service station at 7.30am Friday the 20th, returning 4.00pm Sunday 22nd. Click here for more information |

| Saturday 4th | Jack Willsher is leading a ride up to the Henry 8th Manor House for breakfast. They provide great home cooked breakfasts at a very reasonable price. This Manor House is just resuming business after the fires, and this area greatly needs support! After breakfast we will ride up to do the "Eildon Loop", with lunch at a bakery somewhere. Basically, just a very casual ride! |

| Saturaday 10th | Alexandra Races, We have a marquee and chairs arranged, and the Committee would like us to show our bikes off...depending on conditions, we have permission to ride around the track prior to the first race (purely optional)...this will be in the ambulance lane, not the track itself. Food and drinks are available at very reasonable prices, or you can bring your own picnic, bets can be placed with the bookies or on the Tote. A great fun day! | Sunday 22nd | The Annual Vision Impaired Day at Sandown Raceway, hosted by the Warrandyte Lions Group will be on again on 22 April 2012. Riders wishing to donate some time are invited to attend with their bikes to take vision impaired persons (and some with other limited disabilities) and their families for ride. There will be a limited amount of time available for bikes on the actual track, which is mainly for the use of the RACV learner cars. |
| Weekend 27-29th | The 2012 MIA Branch Old Priory Rally will be held on 27 to 29 April in Beechworth. For those wishing to leave on Friday, 27 April, an organized ride will be departing from the park at Yarra Glen at noon for eventual arrival in Beechworth by approximately 4.30pm. Route will be decided on the day subject to weather. Dinner will probably be at the Hibernian Hotel, to be block booked prior to the weekend. We will therefore need to know who is coming so we can make a booking. For those wishing to travel individually, we will meet en-route or at Beechworth to go to dinner as a group. For those coming on Saturday, please make your own arrangements. Those that have gone before, registration forms will come in the mail by early in 2012. If you have not attended before and you are interested in going, please see Henry Rokx for a copy of the registration form and accommodation options. The theme for this rally will be anything starting with the letter “B” The group will return on Sunday, 29 April, after breakfast at the Old Priory. It is proposed that this year the ride will return via Shepparton for lunch and a visit to the “cows”. All participants are to make their own accommodation arrangements. Accommodation is available at the Priory or book into one of the local motels. A list of motels is provided below. | Weekend 9-11th | For the ride to Griffith, riders will assemble at the park in Yarra Glen on Saturday, 9 June, from 0745 for departure by 0800 sharp. The ride will proceed via Merton to Euroa for morning tea and Tocumwal for lunch. Arrival at Griffith should be around 4.30pm. The remainder of the afternoon is free time to enjoy prior to dinner.
