MINUTES OF MEETING HELD

Moved that the Minutes of the Previous meeting be approved as a true and accurate record. Moved Steve, Seconded Chris
Our supplier has agreed to provide sample items of clothing in three sizes for people to try. we will carry a sample of small, large, and XXL in Polo Shirts and a medium, large and XL in Tshirts and men's vests and a medium and an extra large in the ladies vests.
David Bligh has designed the tickets for the Xmas dinner dance. Chris to advise David to go ahead with them bar a few minor modifications. Committee would like to thank David for his contribution to the designing of the tickets.
Still to be monthly, however, anticipate that this should be less frequently in the future.
Due to excessive work commitments, Eric has resigned as webmaster. Motion that Trevor be the webmaster, Carried. Motion that Garry be the ride coordinator, Carried.
Sylvia has a contact who has extensive experience in web design who has expressed some interest in volunteering his services on the Yarra Range Web page. Sylvia to contact Damien if he is interested in helping Trevor with the web page. ACTION SYLVIA
Dierdre has kindly offered to help in typing up the Yarra Ranges 'Grapevine' Newsletter.
Dierdre and Sylvia to work on the newsletter together, people to contact Dierdre with items for newsletter, type them up in a general format and send it to Sylvia to be distributed to members on the mailing list. Hard copies will be brought along to social events for those who do not have email.
Steve will ask Dierdre if she is happy to go on the website as the newsletter editor.
Leigh Harvey to get the Yarra Ranges logo on disk.
Balance to date is $1,224.65, taking into account what we have paid for the cloth badges and including the money David has for the clothing orders. Outgoing yet to be taken out is $118.65 deposit for clothing.
David is to be a signatory to the Yarra Ranges bank account. Moved Sylvia, Seconded Trevor, Carried.
An email has been received from an organisation called Corner mark in the U.S. advising us of the document attached to our website referred to as Corner mark. Apparently the term is a registered trademark, and they requested that we change the document name. Trevor has attended to the matter.
Cranbourne GP run - invitation to attend a run to the Moto GP, details to be put on the website.
James Canny from Jeffrey Honda is interested in advertising on our website. After some discussion it was decided that we are not in a position to offer advertising as this stage, but will be in a better position next year. Steve to advise James. ACTION STEVE
Sale of clothing has been very popular, we have some limited numbers of basic stock items, such as stickers.
More donations for the social have been received.
Pool night was a success and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves.
Email has been received from Mark McGuire, regarding the safe riding training day, Sylvia to attach a copy of the email to be sent with the minutes for anyone interested in registering for the day.

Ride leader tips has been distributed to those on the mailing list
Discussion took place around a brochure promoting moulded silicone ear plugs and that they would be happy to attend a day for members to place orders. The Committee is not necessarily promoting the product, however, more information should be obtained and members to get more information on the product from their practitioner. To be raised at the next meeting.
We currently have a ride per month, goal is to aim for more. Anyone interested in leading a ride to contact Garry Wood, Ride Coordinator, email falcwood@alphalink.com.au.
